What personal, psychological or spiritual issues can I bring to Integral Psychotherapy?
Integral Psychotherapy explores all issues and experiences in the spectrum of human experience. This means you may choose to work on understanding and mastering your emotions, body-mind harmony and spiritual self-discovery. This may involve understanding and healing wounds from the past, overcoming self-sabotaging behaviors and attitudes, healing relationship issues and building self-esteem.
Integral Psychotherapy goes beyond traditional Western psychology. It can involve exploring and integrating spiritual experiences, spiritual emergency (unmanageable experiences occurring in the course of spiritual development) and deepening your relationship with your Inner Self.
What makes Integral Psychotherapy unique?
We have an ego or outer-self and an Inner Self or Soul. It is essential to explore and overcome the personal issues stemming from the outer self and, at the same time, move toward realizing the higher potential of the Inner Self. When the outer self dominates, our lives are subject to highs and lows; we go out of balance and our lives can become meaninglessness and chaotic. Integral Psychotherapy is the key to transcend this chaos. It is the gentle, yet powerful, process of aligning our thoughts, words and actions with our Inner Self. And when we develop our relationship to the Inner Self, we fulfill our deepest purpose and achieve harmony in life.
Who can benefit from Integral Psychotherapy?
- Anyone who desires greater self-understanding, self-acceptance,
personal or spiritual development and realization of their true
potential.
- You may explore and transform issues related to any area of
your life.
